Keystone K-LOK® High Performance Butterfly Valves are well suited for high performance applications such as steam, chilled water, gasoline, natural gas, air, oil, jet fuels and hydrocarbon process lines. Features & Benefits: Integrally cast mounting pad provides direct mounting of many actuators. Rocker-shaped gland bridge compensates for uneven adjustment of gland nuts. Extended neck allows for two inches of pipeline insulation. Flattened body bore at stem journal ports positions stem bearings near disc, providing maximum stem support. Disc taper pins are tangentially positioned half in disc and half in stem, placing them in compression rather than shear, which eliminates potential for failure. Integrally cast disc position stop perfectly locates the disc in seat, achieving maximum seat and seal life. K-LOK polymer, elastomer, and fire-safe seats provide bi-directional, drop-tight closure in vacuum and throughout all pressure ranges, as well as at full rated differential pressure. A variety of materials allows optimum seat life in all applications.

JMC Wafer&Lug



JMC wafer&Lug is a "high performance" rubber lined butterfly valve (with a replaceable elastomeric seat) available in Wafer or Lug body styles from DN 50 mm (2") up to DN 1000 mm (40"). Its special elastomeric seat design as well as its proven disc&shaft arrangement provides bubble tight shut off performance from full vacuum (0,01 mbar) up to 25 bars (365 psi) from DN50 (2") up to DN 1000 mm (40") and offers a significant range of angular tightness (+/- 5°). Working pressure available: PN6 (90 psi), PN10 (150 psi), PN16 (240 psi), PN20 (300 psi) and PN25 (365 psi). Working temperature from -25°C to +180°C Large choice of materials available (Ductile Iron, Carbon steel, stainless steel, Aluminium Bronze, monel, Inconel, Uranus B6...) according to applications (even the most critical one). Face to Face dimensions in acc. with ISO 5752-20 / EN 558 / DIN 3202-K1 / BS5155 / MSS SP67 / API 609 tab.A. Flange connection in accordance with all major international standards: ISO, EN, DIN, BS, ANSI, MSS SP44, JIS...   • One-piece, thin profile, disc-stem provides minimum obstruction to flow resulting in highest Cv , lowest pressure drops and best control characteristics.
  • One-piece disc-stem is available in 316 stainless steel, polymer or elastomer molding.

Ideally suited for many high performance applications, including vacuum, sanitary, corrosive, and erosive that are found within the chemical, mining, pulp and paper, oil and gas, food and beverage, and power markets.

  • Cartridge style seat provides high pressure, as well as full vacuum capability.
  • Disc is available in a variety of metals and elastomer coated.
  • Blowout resistant stem retention design is standard.
  • Lug style is unidirectional, full rated dead-end service (2" to 24").

Dubex - RMI AWWA



The double-flanged, triple eccentric, resilient-seated valve design is essential for services in the water industry.

  • Virtually no rubbing from the resilient seal on the seating surface. This enhances the life expectancy of the valve.
